2009 Nissan Versa cars

The Versa is great little compact car that is available in either the hatchback or sedan models. Both come equipped with the 1.8L I4 engine that has coveted Continuously Variable Valve Timing Control System (CVTCS). Which translates to perfect engine performance all the time. The engine gets a performance rating of 122 hp and can achieve 32 mpg in the city and 36 mpg on the highway.

The all new 2009 Nissan Versa was originally made for the Asian and European markets. But because everyone seems to be going on the Green band-wagon Nissan has decided to let Americans try it too.

Though the Versa comes with the standard front wheel-drive, you do have your choice of either the 4-speed, 6-speed of variable transaxels. Variable transmissions are a fairly new technology so you should comment and let me know how you feel about their performance.
